DEBT COLLECTION / CREDIT INSURANCE:
The Money Collection and Credit Insurance departments supply
each client with the necessary commercial and financial information
in order to better estimate their sales in each country. They
also handle the invoice collection within the accorded conditions
and deadlines, and in case of a shop’s financial insolvency, offer
a collection insurance with favourable conditions. At the clients’
request, Fidancia can also handle the payment of commissions to
the commercial agents. LEGAL DEPARTMENT / LEGAL CONSULTANCY:
Fidancia has at its disposal a legal department that is in charge of
prelitigious, litigious and legal actions in case of commercial disputes,
outstanding debts, insolvent clients, contractual relations with the
distributors. The team is part of an International network of lawyers who
can take care of situation where conflicts or parties are abroad. Affiliate lawyers handle the case with the intermediation and under
constant supervision of our legal team. Maximum efficacy will be
granted for the solution of conflicts ‘in situ’. Fidancia’s Legal Department was created to offer support to the
company’s structure and operation. Over the years it has become a
law practice specialized in giving support not only to its own clients
but also to third parties of the fashion world.
