This lovely job over the last week was a pleasure to complete so the owners can enjoy their gym hobbies inside out of the rain or sun 💪
Garden area was overgrown and needed clearing, the area needed a raised floor and we added a nice roped finish, clients are always able to add painting with specialised, preserving wood paint/stain in a colour of their choice

A project and a half! Just finalised and with some cosmetic finishing touches to go before spring, our client requested a disused room to be made good (as a spare room for guests) access to the room with its own private entrance and steps to and from the property above.
Needless to say they are VERY happy! 👏 and we as a team are pretty proud of the finished look …

Only a day and a half and one more cabin is complete! These are going up at the rate of one or two per week, very popular as spare guest rooms, office space etc.. or a ‘man cave’ 🤣👍

Absolutely amazing 3 days of hard graft setting up (and de rig) an event for Mac make up, providing a new team of strong, reliable hard working men for ‘Made Up’ Ibiza and joining forces with KWI - UK www.kwievents.co.uk

We welcome some new team members to AH Maintenance but a massive thanks goes to our team member John who’s been with us for a few weeks now, proving to be an invaluable hard worker with excellent work ethics and 100% reliability 🙏

Andy and John have worked as a strong team, heavy grafting and being able to provide their AV skills too

Despite this intense heat we’ve been busy behind the scenes. Our builder created a storage room into a ‘living’ room for this lovely client, replacing a long wall with a fitted double glazed window, door and shutters for security and keeping that full sunshine out. One very happy client

At last - with some hiccups along the way, we have now finished this lovely bathroom! Customer extremely happy and once we have completed a kitchen re fit for him - this apt will be on the market

Sometimes we are asked to go to some off the scale places to work! What a fabulous opportunity to sail to Formentera and do a two day build of this Casa De Madera - to be used as office space, for the luxurious boutique Hotel ‘Teranka’
We will def be returning very soon - as guests! 🥰
