And those costs can vary depending on the property and where you’re buying in Spain.

Last night we had one of those spectacular summer thunderstorms.

The garden desperately needed the rain, so we were more than happy to watch it arrive. And then the lightning started.

We sat watching an incredible light show over the mountains, while the rain watered everything for us.

One of the things we love most about what we do is that our clients often become so much more than clients.

This morning, one of our clients was heading back to his home country from his house here and surprised us with some incredibly thoughtful gifts as a thank you.

A beautiful scarf, chocolates, a lovely gift for me and, of course, something for the dog. She has an eye infection that’s why she has the cone of shame.

Judging by this photo, I think we can safely say she approves. We really are incredibly lucky to have such kind and thoughtful clients. ❤️

Last night we were at a friend’s house in a small village about half an hour inland.

It was the village fiesta and we had fireworks happening in the field right behind their house. Just five of us sitting in the garden, it felt like our own little show.
