Job ad says “fluent”. Employer means B2. 🫠 Your CEFR language levels decoder for job hunting in a second (or third) language.
“Fluent” in a job ad rarely means “I once dreamed in Spanish.” It usually sits around B2 to C1 on the CEFR scale. And “native” isn’t even an official level.
