A gorgeous day was had this week, speaking at a fellow beauty business mentors event.

So many ladies ask me the same question when I do these events, especially those that aspire to become coaches or mentors…

“Layla! How do you charge those prices, when other coaches in the industry don’t charge half as much?!”

My answer is always straight up: “I’m not like the other coaches!”.

and it’s not just because they haven’t reached this level, or that I’ve been doing this the longest.

You can’t even find my prices as my 121 Coaching application is a hidden page that I only show people if I want to work with them/know I can help them…

PLUS! I don’t want to work full time so I don’t want to be so busy coaching. That’s the truth.

I also just don’t do what lots of them do…

For example, I don’t try and help everyone, and I don’t share or claim big numbers online.

But what I do, do, is share my over two decades of experience in setting up and scaling real businesses.

The good, the bad the ugly - ALL OF IT (it’s not all as glam as this photo!).

The results my clients have had have literally changed their lives!

New businesses are launched, new identities are born, more money is made, and bottom line, more freedom is what they get (which is the ULTIMATE goal as far as I’m concerned).

Next month I have another THREE of these events.

When I told my team to say yes to all speaker enquires this year, I didn’t expect so many to land…

… but grateful for every single one 🥰🫶🏻💞

Multiple Streams Of Beauty Income™️

Today I delivered my signature talk ‘Multiple Streams Of Beauty Income™️’ - it’s the one where I share how you go from cash flow income → to leveraged income → to asset income, in the beauty and aesthetics industry.

It’s something that isn’t being taught in my industry, mainly because not many understand, or have reached, all four levels of the leverage game.

That’s my competitive advantage.

The real reason I’m in Sicily.

My daughter Amira came and asked me if she could come here with her best friend.

I said “No. You’re a little too young, but, you can go if I come with you.

I’ll do my own thing in the day, it will literally be like you’re on your own, and you can just meet me for dinner (or not), but I’ll be there so I know you make it back safe each night”.

That was the deal.

It’s not that I don’t trust her - of course I do, it’s everyone else I don’t trust.

So now let’s talk about that freedom based beauty business I talk about a lot...

It’s not just about the financial freedom, the freedom to travel, and everything else.

It’s times like THIS.

Being a present parent in the years that I personally think are THE most important - AND still getting paid whilst away from the business.

Good morning from beautiful Sicily 🇮🇹 ☕️

I used to fly to Italy every year, on my own, or sometimes I would bring an educator of mine or a manager, and we would spend days in meetings with suppliers, and manufacturers as I was in my R&D stages of developing another beauty brand.

Now, I’m just here because… why not.

That’s what you can do when you’ve built a Freedom Based Beauty Business™️

I’ll be working (ish) from my laptop and just coffee shop hopping really - what I used to love most about my time here ☕️☀️ 🇮🇹

I know I said I wasn’t going to be able to go live tomorrow as I’ll be busy teaching my Speech To Teach™️ public speaking class to a room of *almost qualified educators and course creators… BUT!

Back in January, I told you, inside the Beauty Business Community, that 2026 was the year of the 'C' for me: Coaching. Community. Courses. Challenges...
.. and I meant every word!

Since the beginning of this year I've increased my capacity of coaching clients (however I am currently fully booked now until June).

I've brought community to the top of my priority list, with a come-back of my weekly 'LIVE With Layla', inside the BBC (which includes my new Boss It Or F*ck It segment which you all love!).

We've just finished another Make Money March Challenge (which welcomed action takers into The Online Course Academy), and last but not least; my Swap Clients For Courses masterclass, which is always a pleasure to teach.
