💙 **SOMETIMES IT'S ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN BUSINESS…**

One thing I've really noticed since moving to Spain is how important having a good circle of people around you becomes.

Moving abroad can be an amazing adventure.

The sunshine, the lifestyle, the beautiful places to explore — there really is so much to love about living on the Costa Blanca. ☀️🇪🇸

But something people don't always talk about is that building a new life also means building new friendships, new connections and a new sense of community.

And that doesn't always happen overnight.

You can be living somewhere absolutely beautiful and still miss having people around you who share your interests, ambitions and outlook on life.

It's one of the reasons I'm making such an effort to get out, meet people and build relationships locally.

And it's also something I've always valued about being involved with Forever Living.

Yes, there's a business.

Yes, there are products.

And yes, there's an opportunity to work towards personal and financial goals.

But there's also the people. ❤️

Over my 18 years in the business, I've met people I would never otherwise have crossed paths with.

People from different backgrounds, different places and different stages of life.

And now I'm excited about creating those connections here on the Costa Blanca too.

I'd particularly love to meet more women who enjoy health and wellness, have a positive outlook and still have ambitions for themselves — whatever their age or circumstances.

Women who want to learn, grow, meet new people and perhaps explore doing something different.

Not everyone will want to build a business together, and that's absolutely fine.

Sometimes a lovely new friendship starts with nothing more than a coffee and a good conversation. ☕️💙

🌍 **WHY DOES THE COMPANY BEHIND THE BUSINESS MATTER SO MUCH?**

When you're considering getting involved with any business, I think it's important to look beyond the excitement and ask some sensible questions.

Who is the company?

How long has it been established?

What products does it offer?

What training and support are available?

And, most importantly, is it something you could genuinely see yourself being part of?

These are the kinds of things that matter to me.

I've been involved with Forever Living for 18 years, and one of the reasons I continue to feel confident sharing the business is that it's an established international health and wellness company.

Forever Living was founded in 1978 and has developed an international presence, with aloe vera-based products at the heart of its range.

For me, that established history matters.

But so does the personal side.

I enjoy the products, I understand the business model, and I know the importance of supporting people properly when they're learning something new.

And now that I'm building my local network on the Costa Blanca, I'm enjoying introducing the company to people who may never have come across it before.

I'm not interested in convincing everyone that Forever is right for them.

It won't be.

But I am interested in having genuine conversations with people who enjoy health and wellness, are open to learning new skills and might like to explore building an independent business.

💻 **WHAT IF YOU COULD BUILD A BUSINESS AROUND YOUR LIFE — INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY ROUND?** ☀️🇪🇸

One of the conversations I keep having with people here on the Costa Blanca is about work, income and lifestyle.

So many people have moved to Spain because they wanted something different.

A better quality of life.

More sunshine.

More time to enjoy themselves.

And perhaps a little more freedom.

But moving abroad doesn't necessarily mean you stop wanting to earn, grow, achieve things or create opportunities for yourself.

I certainly haven't! 😂

I've been involved with Forever Living for 18 years, and one of the things I continue to love about the business is the flexibility of the independent business model.

You can work on it alongside other commitments, from home or while you're out and about, and develop it at a pace that suits your circumstances.

You don't need to have run a business before, and there is training and support available.

But I always like to be clear about something.

**This is a business, not a guaranteed income or a quick way to make money.**

It takes time, effort, learning, conversations and consistency — just like building any other business.

For the right person, though, it can be an interesting way to develop new skills, meet people and work towards an additional income stream.

And that's why I'm excited to be connecting with more people locally as I grow my business here in Spain. 💙

🌿 **PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH & WELLBEING?** 💚

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that looking after yourself isn't something you suddenly start doing when you have more time.

It's something you make part of everyday life.

At 53, I genuinely value my health and wellbeing more than ever.

I love being active, getting outdoors, cycling, enjoying the Spanish sunshine and making choices that help me feel my best.

And for the past 18 years, Forever Living products have been part of my personal wellness routine. 💚

That's actually one of the reasons I've stayed involved with the company for so long.

I love having access to a range of aloe vera-based products, skincare, personal care and nutritional products that I can incorporate into my daily routine.

But what I enjoy just as much is helping other people discover products that might suit their own needs and lifestyles.

Because wellness isn't about being perfect.

It's about building habits you can enjoy and maintain — whether that's moving your body, eating well, making time for yourself or finding a skincare routine you love.

And there's something really rewarding about working in a business centred around products you're genuinely enthusiastic about.

☀️ **IMAGINE A LIFESTYLE LIKE THIS…** 🇪🇸💙

Sunshine, beautiful surroundings, fresh air, time outdoors and the freedom to create a working life that fits around the things you love.

Sounds pretty good, doesn't it? ❤️

One of the things I absolutely love about living here on the Costa Blanca is that life can look very different from the traditional nine-to-five routine.

And after 18 years of building my Forever Living business, I'm still incredibly grateful that I have a business I can work on from wherever I happen to be.

Some days that means working from home with my laptop and a coffee. ☕️

Other days it means meeting people locally, attending networking events, having conversations about health and wellness, or simply fitting work around everything else I enjoy doing.

Of course, building a business takes commitment, consistency and effort. It's not a permanent holiday! 😂

But having the opportunity to build something around your lifestyle, rather than always fitting your life around your work, is something I value enormously.

And now I'm really enjoying building new connections and developing my business here in Spain.

Working from Alicante Airport this morning before heading back to Birmingham for a couple of days. ✈️

And today, more than ever, I’m grateful for what my business gives me.

Yes, I love what I do and I’m proud of the business I’ve built — but one of the biggest things it has given me is freedom.

The freedom to work from wherever I am.
The freedom to change plans when life changes them for you.
And most importantly, the freedom to be there for the people who matter when they need you.

You can measure success in lots of ways, but for me, having control over my own time is right up there.

Today I’m especially grateful for that freedom. ❤️

🇪🇸 Nobody really tells you about this part of moving to Spain…

You can move somewhere absolutely beautiful.

You can have the sunshine, the blue skies, the beaches, the outdoor lifestyle and all the things you dreamed about when you imagined living in Spain. ☀️

And you can still feel lonely sometimes.

Because when you move countries, you’re not just leaving behind a house or a job.

You’re leaving behind your people.

The friend you could ring for a spontaneous coffee.

The people you’ve worked alongside for years.

The familiar faces you bump into without arranging it.

Your family, your neighbours, your routines and the community that probably took you YEARS to build without you even realising it.

And suddenly you’re somewhere new and you have to build some of that all over again.

I’ve certainly discovered that since moving to the Costa Blanca.

And one of the things I’ve realised is that you can’t always sit at home waiting for your new life to come and find you.

You have to put yourself out there.

Join things.

Go networking.

Say yes to invitations.

Start conversations.

Walk into rooms where you don’t know anybody.

And sometimes be brave enough to be the person who says, “Fancy a coffee?” ☕️😂

I’ve met some wonderful people since moving here, and I’m gradually building a completely new community around me.

And actually, that’s become one of the things I love about building my Forever business here too. 💚

Because for me, Forever isn’t only about products or earning an additional income.

It’s also about people.

I’m building a community of positive, like-minded women here on the Costa Blanca who want to support one another, grow in confidence, learn new things, build something of their own — and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way.

Some will become business partners.

Some will become customers.

Some might simply become friends.

And I’m very happy with all three. ❤️

So if you’ve moved to Spain and you’re still trying to find your people, please don’t think you’re the only one.

❤️ Who decided ambition has an age limit?

I genuinely think this is something we need to talk about more.

Somewhere along the way, women can start to feel as though there’s an age by which we should have everything figured out.

Career sorted.
Finances sorted.
Family sorted.
Life sorted.

And if we haven’t? Or if we suddenly decide we want something different?

We can almost feel as though we’ve missed our chance.

But I don’t believe that for a second.

Why shouldn’t a woman at 35 decide she wants to build something of her own?

Why shouldn’t a woman at 45 decide she wants more independence?

Why shouldn’t a woman at 55 discover a completely new ambition?

And why shouldn’t a woman at 65 decide there are still adventures, goals and achievements ahead of her?

Sometimes, I actually think this stage of life can be the perfect time to start something new.

We know ourselves better.

We’ve lived a little. 😂

We’ve dealt with challenges, raised families, built careers, started again, moved countries, had successes, made mistakes and learned from them.

And perhaps for the first time in years, we’re starting to ask:

“What do I want next?”

That’s certainly something I’ve been thinking about as I’ve created this new chapter of my life here in Spain. 🇪🇸☀️

I’m building again.

I’m meeting new people.

I’m growing a new network.

I’m pushing myself outside my comfort zone.

And I’m excited about what’s still possible.

My Forever business is part of that next chapter for me — and I’d love to build it alongside other women who still have that fire in them too. 💚

You don’t need to have business experience.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

And you certainly don’t need to be 25. 😂

You just need to be open to learning, prepared to put the work in and excited by the possibility of creating something for yourself.

So here’s my question…
