Nuestro Macabeo, cultivado por tanto para sus vinos como para los de Viña de Eufemia, se encuentra en un estado excelente. Las cepas muestran una gran vitalidad y una evolución muy prometedora para la añada 2026.

Ahora toca seguir observando la naturaleza y confiar en que el tiempo nos acompañe durante los próximos meses. Si las condiciones siguen siendo favorables, todo apunta a otra cosecha de gran calidad.

🤞 Crucemos los dedos para que el clima siga estable y las viñas continúen desarrollándose tan bien como hasta ahora.

🇬🇧 News from the vineyard 🌿

Our Macabeo, grown by for both her wines and the wines of Viña de Eufemia, is looking in excellent condition. The vines are showing great vitality and are developing beautifully so far for the 2026 vintage.

Now it is up to nature. We are hopeful that the weather will remain stable over the coming months and allow the vineyard to continue on this promising path. If conditions stay favourable, we are looking forward to another year of outstanding quality.

🇪🇸 Un evento de lanzamiento muy especial para Viña de Eufemia ✨

Junto a un grupo muy seleccionado de sumilleres, distribuidores y representantes de prensa, tuvimos el placer de presentar oficialmente el proyecto Viña de Eufemia en una experiencia gastronómica única organizada por Mahala Wines en Flores Raras

Cada plato fue acompañado por una selección de nuestros vinos y cavas, creando un maridaje pensado para expresar el carácter mediterráneo, la frescura y la identidad de nuestro proyecto en Utiel-Requena. 🍷

Gracias a todos los asistentes por compartir con nosotros una jornada tan especial — y al equipo de Flores Raras por su hospitalidad y una cocina excepcional.

Together with a highly selected group of sommeliers, distributors and press representatives, we had the pleasure of officially presenting the Viña de Eufemia project during a unique gastronomic experience hosted by Mahala Wines at Flores Raras.

Each dish was paired with a selection of our wines and cavas, creating a pairing designed to express the Mediterranean character, freshness and identity of our project in Utiel-Requena. 🍷

Muy pronto, nuestro Bobal tendrá una nueva casa donde seguir su proceso de crianza y evolución.

Cada detalle cuenta en la búsqueda de vinos honestos, elegantes y llenos de identidad. Y sí… creemos que nuestro Bobal ya está sonriendo. 🍷🥴

Very soon, our Bobal will enjoy a new home for its ageing and evolution process.

🇪🇸 Qué fin de semana tan especial para todos nosotros en Viña de Eufemia. Más de 200 invitados nos acompañaron durante nuestras jornadas de inauguración el viernes y sábado para celebrar no solo el lanzamiento de nuestra bodega, sino también una forma de entender el vino: respeto por la naturaleza, viñas viejas, regeneración y autenticidad.

Nos emocionó profundamente el feedback que recibimos durante estos dos días. Escuchar que muchos de vosotros creéis que este proyecto tiene un lugar especial dentro de la región vinícola Utiel-Requena significa muchísimo para nosotros y nos da aún más fuerza para seguir este camino.

Gracias a todos los que compartieron estos días con nosotros — entre vinos, cava, música, gastronomía y conversaciones inolvidables. Esto es solo el comienzo. 🍷✨

More than 200 guests joined us during our two-day inauguration events on Friday and Saturday to celebrate not only the opening of our winery, but also a way of understanding wine: respect for nature, old vines, regeneration and authenticity.

We were truly impressed and deeply moved by the feedback we received throughout these two days. Hearing so many guests say that they believe this project has its place within the Utiel-Requena wine region means a lot to us and gives us even more motivation to continue on this path.

Thank you to everyone who shared these unforgettable days with us — with wine, cava, music, gastronomy and wonderful conversations. This is only the beginning. 🍷
