Thank You & Appreciation
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the distinguished guests who honored us with their presence at our Pre-Tour Event held at the Alliance Ethio-Française compound.
Special thanks to our guests from Ministry offices, Cultural Centers, Associations, and Partner Institutions, as well as to the management team of Hope for Ethiopian Pupils e.V. Your participation brought tremendous meaning to the evening and reaffirmed the collective strength behind our artistic journey.
The evening began with a welcoming and tour briefing session, followed by a vibrant and passion-filled Poetic Jazz Performance presented by Tobiya Poetic Jazz Group. The multilingual poetry—performed in Amharic, English, French, and Dutch—resonated powerfully on the open-air stage of Alliance.

The evening was musically elevated by the exceptional live performance of the Addis Taem Jazz Band, and beautifully harmonized with the voices of the Enqu Zema Choir.
It was a warm and inspiring kickoff for our upcoming European Tour, which will run from July to August 2025, taking Ethiopian poetry, jazz, and cultural identity to 16 cities across 9 countries.
We are especially grateful to the Director of Alliance Ethio-Française, the dedicated staff who supported us throughout, and the wonderful service provided by Bistro Café on the premises.
With your continued support, we step forward confidently onto the tour and look forward to seeing you again—across borders, on new stages, and in the shared spirit of art and cultural unity.
