The 37th Edition of The Business Growth Challenge: How to Scale Your Business was successfully hosted yesterday at the U.S. Embassy, bringing together over 100 startup founders and investors for a dynamic session. The event began with a warm welcome from the Public Diplomacy team, followed by an inspiring opening speech delivered by Jonathan Kohler. Excellent session moderation was provided byTsega Belay.

Attendees gained valuable insights from distinguished panelists and keynote speakers, including Mayur Kothari (Chairman & Group CEO, Mohan Group), Mahlet Afework (Mafi) (Founder & Creative Director, MAFI MAFI), and Dr. Nate Woods (GE Aerospace). Adding to the special occasion, the gathering also celebrated Mafi's birthday! Additionally, Arifpay CEO Rediet Tsigeberhan was present to discuss the vital relationship between business growth and fintech innovation.
