The Women Leaders Mentorship Program (WLMP) Quarter 3 has officially begun.

Today, SewAsset CEO Tesfa and Bank Ethiopia HR Director . Daniel opened the session by reflecting on the past four months of the program and the incredible leadership, skill, confidence, and behavioral growth already demonstrated by the women leaders participating in this journey.

What has been most inspiring is not only the individual growth, but also the intentional steps these women are taking toward their careers, leadership presence, and long-term development — and the ripple effect this growth is already creating within their teams and work environments.

Quarter 3 will focus on:
Work-Life Integration & Sustainable Leadership. focused on intentional growth, long-term sustainability, and leadership that can be sustained without burnout or self-neglect.

We are grateful to work with women leaders who are intentionally investing in their future — and building leadership journeys that are both impactful and sustainable.

Our Women Leaders Mentorship Program with Global Bank of Ethiopia is now in its 4th month of a 6-month journey, and the impact is becoming real.

We started our flagship 6-day Excel Training engagement today with a team

Before the first exercise, we asked a simple question:

"What do you use Excel for every day?"

Every hand went up. Almost everyone in the room uses Excel daily. Some have used it for 8, 10, even 15 years.

Then we asked: "How many of you are confident your reports are correct?"

Silence.

That silence is the actual problem. Not a lack of Excel access. Not a lack of effort. A gap between how much a team depends on a tool and how well they actually understand it.

Our work is not teaching Excel functions.

It is fixing the relationship between people, their data, and the decisions that come out of it.
