1. Washed Yirgacheffe
Origin: Southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe (Edido Village)
Processing Method: Natural sun-dried on bamboo beds
Growing Altitude: 1900-2400 masl
Harvest Season: October - December 2024/2025
Plant Species: Arabica, Heirloom Varieties (V-74112)
Cupping Notes: Greenish, Fruity, Floral, Sweet, with a good creamy flavor.
2. Natural Yirgacheffe
Origin: Southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe (Edido Village)
Processing Method: Natural sun-dried on bamboo beds
Growing Altitude: 1950-2200 masl
Harvest Season: October - December 2024/2025
Plant Species: Arabica, Heirloom Varieties (V-74112)
Cupping Notes: Greyish, Clean, Fruity-toned, with mild acidity, sweet, and juicy flavor.
3. Anaerobic Yirgacheffe
Origin: Southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe (Edido Village)
Processing Method: 72 hours of air-tight fermentation; oxygen is replaced with nitrogen and carbon dioxide
Growing Altitude: 1950-2200 masl
Harvest Season: November 2024/2025
Plant Species: Arabica, Heirloom Varieties (V-74112)
Cupping Notes: Clean honey, Apricot, Lactic Acid, Silky, Cinnamon, Orange, Balanced.
