የግልግል ዳኝነት ስርኣት ተገማች የኢንቨስትመንት ምህዳር ለመፍጠር ጉልህ ሚና እንዳለው ተገለፀ

የግልግል ዳኝነት በሀገራት እድገት ላይ በሚኖረው አስተዋጽኦ ላይ ትኩረቱን ያደረገ የፓናል ውይይት በባህርዳር ተካሂዶል።

ውይይቱ የተካሄደው የህግ የበላይነት እና አማራጭ ያለመግባባት መፍቻ ዘዴዎች ለዘላቂ ሰላምና ልማት በሚል ይዘት በተዘጋጀው አለምአቀፍ ጉባኤ ላይ ነው።

በመድረኩ የተገኙት የኢትዮጵያ ኢንቨስትመንት ኾልዲንግ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ብሩክ ታዬ (ዶ.ር) የግልግል ዳኝነት በማንኛውም የንግድ እና ኢንቨስትመንት ውሎች ላይ የሚካተት የአሠራር ሥርዓት መሆኑን ገልጸው በንግድ እና ኢንቨስትመንት ዘርፍ ግልጽ የሆነ የሕግ እና አሠራር ሥርዓት ወሳኝነት ያለው መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

ባለሃብቶች በተለያዩ ሀገራት ኢንቨስት ሲያደርጉ በየሀገራት ውስጥ ያለውን የውስጥ አሠራር እንዳለ ሁኖ የግልግል ዳኝነት አሠራሮችንም ከግምት ውስጥ እንደሚያስገቡና ከኢንቨስትመንት ጋር በተያያዘ በሚፈጠሩ አለመግባባቶች ወደ ፍርድ ቤት ሲሄዱ ፍትሐዊ ፍርድ አላገኝም የሚል ስጋትን የሚፈጥር ስለኾነ የግልግል ዳኝነት ሥርዓት ይህንን ስጋት የሚፈታ መሆኑን ዶ/ር ብሩክ ጨምረው ገልጸዋል።

በውይይቱ የግልግል ዳኝነት ለሀገራት ምጣኔ ሀብታዊ እድገት ያለውን አስተዋጽኦ የሚዳስስ ሰፊ ውይይት የተካሄደ ሲሆን፣ የአውሮፓ፣ ኤሲያ እና አፍሪካ ሀገራት ልምድና ተሞክሮ ቀርቦበታል።

የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) በበኩላቸው የግልግል ዳኝነት ስርዓት መኖሩ አልሚዎች መዋለ ንዋያቸውን ፈሰስ ለማድረግ ምቾትና በራስ መተማመን እንዲሰማቸው በማድረግ ሀገሪቱ ላይ በነጻነት ለማልማት ፍላጎት እንዲያድርባው ያስችላል ብለዋል።

የአማራ ክልል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ክልሉን የግልግል ዳኝነት ማእከል ለማድርግ እና የስልጠና ማእከል ለመክፈት እያደረገ ያለውን ጥረት አድንቀው፣ ከባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በመተባበር የተዘጋጀው ይሄ አለምአቀፍ ጉባኤም ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤቱና ዩኒቨርሲቲው በዘርፉ አቅምና ብቃት ያላቸው ተደራዳሪዎችን ለማፍራት ለሚደረገው ጥረት የበኩላቸውን ድርሻ እየተወጡ ለመሆናቸው ማሳያ ነው ብለዋል።

በአለምአቀፍ የግልግል ዳኝነት ሂደት ብቁ የሰው ሀይል ትልቁ እና ወሳኙ ነገር ነው ያሉት ተወያዮቹ፣ ፍርድ ቤቶቻችን፣ የትምህርት ተቋማት እና ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት በዘርፉ ከፍተኛ አቅም ያላቸውን ባለሙያዎች በማፍራት ረገድ የበኩላቸውን ሊወጡ ይገባል ብለዋል።
