The senior management of Sahan Development Consulting Firm held a meeting that focused on research and training collaboration with the Next Generation Consulting Group.

After warm welcoming, the senior management of the firm held a meeting with the CEO of Next Generation Consulting Group, Ambassador Abdikadir S. Jama, where they discussed how the two companies could work together on research, training, and leadership development focusing on capacity building for youth, private companies’ leaders, and government development sectors throughout the Horn of African countries, basically Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya.

A collaborative agreement has been signed at Jigjiga Main Office.

Sahan Development Consulting Firm has signed a partnership agreement with the Next Generation Consultant Group. The two firms have agreed to work together fully to deliver high-quality training, consulting services, and educational programs, whether through co-hosted workshops, corporate training packages, or other development program initiatives. The two firms have agreed to specifically work together on joint leadership and organizational development, career development and graduate employability training, conducting joint research and applying for international grants, health sector capacity building and community development, and staff exchange.

The agreement has been signed by Mr. Hassen Mahamed, sales and marketing officer at Sahan Development Consulting Firm, and Ambassador Abdikadir S., the CEO of the Next Generation Consulting Group.
