A quick, honest update for our customers outside Finland. 🌍
We're sorry to say that starting this month, we're pausing deliveries to most EU countries. From now on we ship to Finland, Germany and Sweden, the markets where we have strongest ecommerce presence and full translations.
The reason is the EU's new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), starting 12th of August 2026. Under it, sellers have to register and pay packaging recycling fees separately in every country they ship to. For countries where we only send a handful of parcels a year, those fees make shipping there simply not possible anymore.
It's not about the packaging itself, we already handle that responsibly. It's about the cost of being registered to every EU country separately.
We're genuinely sorry about this. We hope to find a solution soon and open these markets back up. 🤞
