Mydesk Launchpad Community

Founders Table grew from a simple belief: founders need spaces where they can speak openly, learn from one another and build genuine connections.

As a Mydesk Launchpad Community initiative, it brought founders and leaders together around one table, with room for the conversations that can lead to support, friendship and new opportunities.

Our founder, Dipti Sharma, shares why she created Founders Table and how Eventuros Fiji helped bring the experience to life.

Read her article below. 👇

As an entrepreneur, my journey has been anything but straightforward. I know what it feels like to enter a room, meet new people and try to build meaningful connections while also working hard to grow a business.

Some rooms you just had to be in. This was one of them.

Here’s a glimpse of our Founders Table, that happened earlier this month.

If this looks like your kind of night, make sure you’re on the list next time.

Follow us so you don’t miss what’s next.

There is something powerful about sitting at the same table with people who understand what it takes to build, lead and keep going.

Our first Founders Table brought together founders and business owners from across tourism, medical services, retail, hospitality, education, technology and more. But beyond the different industries were shared experiences — the wins, the challenges, the lessons and the realities of building something of your own.

That is the community we want to create through Mydesk Launchpad. A space where founders can have genuine conversations, learn from each other and build relationships that go beyond exchanging business cards.

To every founder who joined us, vinaka for showing up, sharing your story and being part of our beginning.

Here’s to more conversations, connections and opportunities around the table.

Good conversations can open unexpected doors.

Launchpad Speed Networking brings founders, professionals and creatives together for quick, meaningful conversations — a chance to exchange ideas, meet new people and build connections that go beyond the room.

Come with an open mind, share what you’re working on and see who you connect with.

Next up: The Founders Table. See you there!

"The conversations you avoid today become the problems you manage tomorrow."

One of the many powerful takeaways from our recent legal training session, Think Like a CEO: The Legal Decisions That Shape Business Success, facilitated by Nazia Ali, Director and Co-Founder of Lex Connect (Fiji).

The session encouraged participants to look beyond legal compliance and understand how legal decisions can shape business growth, leadership, risk management, and long-term success.

A sincere thank you to Nazia for sharing her expertise and practical insights, and to everyone who joined us, contributed to the discussion, and helped make the evening such a success.

At Launchpad, we are committed to creating opportunities for business owners and professionals to learn, connect, and grow. We look forward to bringing you more events, conversations, and learning experiences in the future.
