Coming really close to Launch Date so lets meet a few of the people who have made this happen.
Paul is a Yew Fellowship coach and trainer. Currently preparing, with Sam, to train a group of amazing volunteers for the Fellowship. The course looks at empowerment and advocacy when supporting families.
For those students that find they have barriers to starting a business, finsing thier true purpose or want to challenge themselves to grow - Paul is on hand.
Paul has worked in the third sector, in a wide and diverse range of paid and voluntary roles from front line to executive team and trustee board, for over 20 years. His focus has always remained constant however – supporting people to achieve their full potential – especially in times of vulnerability.
An experienced trainer, coach, manager and leader, Paul is passionate about equality and empowerment and has discovered that relationships built on trust and authenticity, seasoned with mutual respect and accountability almost always seems to enable people to grow and flourish.
A qualified Therapeutic Coach, Paul believes that, whilst we are all delightfully different, everyone is of equal value and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Paul has more recently found a passion for a combination of nature, exercise and meditation and can often be found walking and running (slowly) in natural settings near his cottage.
