Franglish was inspired not only by necessity to communicate, but by curiosity and desire: Curiosity to discover another culture, a different perspective. Desire to understand and be understood not only through verbal and written language, but on a deeper, cross-cultural level of communication. When combined, these components result in dynamic, fruitful collaborations for a wide range of personal and professional contexts. Often, we struggle to interact with and understand our international counterparts. Language barriers, misunderstandings and cultural differences cause things to get lost in translation.
