A little while ago, Faustine Demiselle reached out to us because after a few experiences in the public sector working for the 🇫🇷 French administration, she wanted to switch to the private sector 💻

Faustine is passionate about UX design, balcony gardening 🪴 and 📲

After a few sessions with Morgane Dalbergue, Faustine Demiselle gained more confidence and and was then able to land join SOFTEAM Agency as an UX designer 👏

She shares her experience on how coaching helped her, as well as a few tips on how she made the switch from public to private sector.

🙌 One year ago, Marie-Rose Tripault reached out to The Allyance. She was looking for a new role. Marie-Rose met our CEO (Caroline Chavier) online and they started coaching sessions together.

The result? Marie-Rose is now Head of Product at triPica.
