The 'AI Readiness Gap' is a corporate Rorschach test. Stop treating it as a monolithic problem with one training solution.
The reality is a fractured landscape of THREE distinct gaps:
1. The L&D Gap: We're stuck on 'AI Literacy' (efficiency) and haven't achieved 'AI Fluency' (transformation). Are our own processes ready to lead?
2. The Worker Gap: It's not about prompting skills. It's the 'Social Readiness Gap'—atrophying soft skills and fear of the 'Gary' algorithm replacing teams.
3. The Strategic Gap: Businesses view AI as a 'patch' instead of a transformation, failing to link readiness to the three pillars of success: Revenue, Cost, and Risk (R-C-R).
You can't fill the gap until you diagnose the fracture. Our job as leaders is to audit which gap we're solving and for whom.
What gaps are you seeing in your organization?
