Letโ€™s be honest. Weโ€™ve all been in that debrief where the "๐ง๐จ ๐›๐ฅ๐š๐ฆ๐ž" rule means the organisational culture is just looking for someone to throw under the bus. Leadership uses โ€˜๐ฐ๐žโ€™ but actually means ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ! And the rhetoric, of we want an "๐˜ฐ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ" and "๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ต" culture, actually translates into: donโ€™t challenge the leadership, as you'll be labelled as not being a team player.
