Two Years of Carter People Development 🎉
Today marks two years since I launched Carter People Development.
What started as an idea built on a passion for helping people and organisations grow has become an incredible journey of learning, partnership and impact.
Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, supporting leadership development, coaching, mentoring, accredited learning, and OD initiatives.
I’ve also had the opportunity to support hundreds of learners and professionals through CIPD/ILM qualifications, coaching and development programmes, helping them build confidence, capability and achieve their goals.
As with any business journey, there have been challenges, lessons learned and moments of uncertainty. But there have also been many moments that remind me why I started: seeing people develop, teams thrive and organisations invest in their people.
A huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me, worked alongside me, recommended my services, attended a programme, or simply offered encouragement along the way. Your support has made these first two years possible.
I’m excited about what comes next, including expanding our learning and development offer, new coaching opportunities, and continuing to make a positive difference through people development.
