- The Dairy herd is Autumn Block Calving.
- Summer Grazing required for 120 heifers 7 month+ (March to housing)
- Summer Grazing for 120 incalf heifers (March until point of calving)
- Housing for c.120 bulling heifers over winter- to be served via AI.

*To start this November 2025 for housing and serving of bulling heifers.

All buildings, labour and forage to be provided by rearer.
