⭐️ Client Availability 2026 ⭐️

We have now taken on as many new clients as we can from the waiting list and won't have anything available until after April when the new tax year begins.

If we haven't been in touch it means you are still on the waiting list and we will be in touch as soon as we have availability but we can not guarantee any spaces this year as we are so busy.

For any clients on our agent list that we haven't done work for in the last 12 months you have been notified by email that you will now be taken off our agent list and we will no longer act on your behalf.

📌 February long weekend 📌

The office is currently closed for the long weekend and will reopen 9am Wednesday.

All weekly payroll will be processed on Wednesday and all emails will be replied to upon my return.

As of 1st February we will only be sending out client reminders once for vat, accounts and tax.

Email reminders for Self-Assessment will also only be sent out once and we will not be sending any reminders or a final reminder going forward.

We simply do not have enough time to be sending reminders every month so please know your deadline dates and have paperwork into us on time 🙏

** NEW CLIENTS **

Due to the high volume of work we have and it coming up to the busiest month of the year we are unable to respond or deal with any new client queries.

We are also unable to add any new clients to the waiting list as the waiting list is also full.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we have no plans to expand at the moment with current legislation and MTD changes.

Thank you to all our existing clients for keeping us so busy :)

We still have a high number of clients to hand in paperwork for the January deadline. These will all now be subject to a provisional return which is an additional fee.

Please note we do not have availability for any new clients and the waiting list will not be looked at until April 2026 at the earliest.

📍IDENTITY VERIFICATION 📍

We have sent out emails today regarding the new legal requirements of identity verification.

Companies house have also sent out an email with details of what you need to do to verify your identity and from today you will be able to check the Companies House register for your verification due date.

All clients requiring a Self-Assessment return for 2024/25 tax year have to have their paperwork handed in by tomorrow.

Any paperwork received after tomorrow will be subject to a provisional tax return which incurs an additional fee as we will not have enough time to prepare and submit by the deadline.

Please note that I do not use social media for contact purposes, please email or call the office. Any messages received will not be replied to.

We also have a waiting list for any new clients so we are not able to take on any new work at the moment.

We are currently working with a 5 week turnaround time for accounts and as our busiest time of the year approaches it can be 6-8 weeks.

We are not able to fit anything in last minute for mortgages etc so please bear this in mind when handing in paperwork.

All clients requiring a self-assessment tax return for 24/25 need to have all paperwork in to us by 31st October.
