WE GOT OUR FIRST OFFICIAL SHOPIFY ORDER 🎉✨

Funny story: turns out our website checkout was erroring with a 404 page for part of the launch… so this probably would’ve happened sooner if the website wasn’t fighting for its life. 😭

This might be our first official Shopify order, but it absolutely isn’t our first order overall.

Before the website was fully ready, so many of you trusted us with “unofficial” orders through messages, custom requests, local pickups, testing ideas, and word of mouth support. You helped us learn, improve, experiment, and actually build McMonagle Creative into something real.

Thank you for every order, every share, every recommendation, every tagged post, every kind comment, and every person who took a chance on us before we even had a proper checkout system working properly. ❤️

We also want to say a huge thank you to TimberTeck for being the first business to trust us and allow us to create signage for them. That genuinely meant a lot to us as a new small business trying to prove ourselves.

Now the website is officially open and taking real online orders — and honestly, hearing that first “CHA-CHING” from Shopify felt surreal.

We’ve still got loads more products to upload, more collections coming, and a million ideas in progress, but this feels like such a huge milestone already.

Thank you for supporting a Scottish family-run creative business instead of a giant corporation. Every single order genuinely matters to us.

CEO’s birthday! Happy birthday Georgina!

Today is my mum’s birthday, so I thought it was the perfect time to properly introduce a huge part of the heart behind McMonagle Creative.

(I’m Kirsty - her daughter - the one behind the social medias, posts, website updates, and a lot of the chaos behind the scenes 😅 and this week I’m working hard to get more of my mum’s specific creations added onto the website.)
