I’ve got 4 spaces left on my HR Essentials workshop in Dundee next Tuesday (10am–2pm), so I’ve decided to open the remaining places at a reduced rate 😊

This workshop is designed to give practical, straightforward guidance for anyone managing people within a business - whether you’re a small business owner, director, team leader or manager wanting more confidence handling day-to-day people matters.

We’ll cover topics including: • Employment law essentials
• Contracts and documentation
• Managing employee performance
• Handling difficult conversations
• Practical HR support for growing businesses

The session is normally £140 per person, however the final 4 spaces are available at £59 due to the short notice.

The feedback from previous sessions has been brilliant and I genuinely enjoy delivering these workshops because they’re practical, relaxed and focused on real situations businesses face every day.

Hi, I’m Lucy and I thought it was time for a little reintroduction👋

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m the face behind Nicholl HR. I started Nicholl HR because I wanted to build something meaningful that genuinely helps small businesses, whilst also creating a career that works around family life.

I’m passionate about what I do and care deeply about the organisations that trust me to deliver their HR support.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, listening to music (especially dance and soul music🎶🕺🏻), going for a run, and gardening (which sounds a bit sad, I know🤣).

I’m so proud of how far Nicholl HR has come and I’m excited to continue growing whilst supporting amazing businesses along the way 🙌

We’re delighted to welcome Rafiat to Nicholl HR! 👏

Rafiat is currently completing her Master’s degree at the University of Dundee and has joined us over the summer as part of an exciting internship project.

Today was a fantastic first day, with lots of great discussions around the future of Nicholl HR, how we continue improving our services, and creating even more clarity and value for our clients as we grow.

Over the coming weeks, Rafiat will be working closely with us on reviewing and developing our service structure and pricing strategy, while also gaining experience within a growing HR consultancy.

We’re really looking forward to working together and seeing the ideas and insights she brings to the team. Which so far has been lots! 🙌
