When you love what you do, your passion is your superpower.

It’s also the thing that makes it hard to see your business clearly.

You’re too close to it. Too emotionally invested. Too inside it to see what someone on the outside can see straight away.

It might be the gap in your offer. The message that’s not quite landing. The decision that keeps getting pushed back. Whether your content, your processes, your and your positioning are all actually pointing in the same direction. The dead links and out of date copy on your website, the thing that’s been sitting on your list for 6 months that just needs clearing.

It can be anything. That’s the point.

Most business owners think if we just work harder or longer, the problem goes away.

It doesn’t.

You can try to keep on top of it, outsource it or ignore it but you can’t outlive it.

That’s why the inbox is still open at 10pm. Why weekends aren’t really weekends. Why you’re never actually “off”.

Ignoring it works for a while, then it has an impact and is harder to recover from.

You become reactive, buried in the detail, frustrated. Eventually the business just stalls.

What actually works isn’t doing more. It’s having someone catch it before it ever gets the chance to become a problem.

Two clients recently said the same thing. They had seen a video I posted that said exactly what they’d been thinking.

That’s the thing about finding the right support. You just know.

They were looking for someone who already gets it, who thinks ahead.

Who sees and does the five things that need to happen to make the one thing you just told them actually happen.

That’s not something I learned from a course, it’s 20+ years of being in the room where decisions get made, understanding how businesses actually work, not just the visible bit but everything running behind the scenes.

When you tell me you’re launching something next month, I’m already thinking about what needs to change on your socials, what your website needs to reflect, what needs to go out and when.
