✨ WHAT A GREAT CONNECT LINKS NETWORKING MEETING ON MONDAY EVENING! ✨

Another brilliant evening at Connect Links Networking, with plenty to catch up on and lots of fantastic things happening within our group!

A big thank you to Malcolm Ward from Honeybee Mortgage Services for his presentation. Malcolm told us more about his background and family, as well as introducing us to HoneyBee Mortgage Services, who they are and the services they provide. 🏡 Thank you, Malcolm!

🎗️ Cheryl and I also gave a further update on our Cancer Research UK Charity Ball, taking place on 20th March 2027. We’re absolutely thrilled to be organising the event again and are delighted that well over half of the tickets have already sold! It’s going to be a fantastic evening and we’re so grateful for the support we’ve received already.

We also caught up on some incredible fundraising achievements from members of the group. 💕

🏊 Rob completed his 2-mile Serpentine swim in September, raising an amazing £2,410 for Cancer Research UK.

🏃 Gareth completed the Great North Run Half Marathon, raising a fantastic £1,705 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

Well done to you both! Two brilliant achievements, two amazing causes and a fantastic amount of money raised. 👏

Finally, we shared that Charlie, our eldest son, and I will be taking part in the RunThrough Alton Towers 5K on Saturday 14th November. 🏃‍♀️🏃
I’ll be raising money for Cancer Research UK, while Charlie will be raising money for Breakthrough T1D — two causes that mean a great deal to us.

Another lovely evening of networking, supporting each other and celebrating what people within our group are achieving both in business and outside of it. 💫
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Monday! 💚
