101 things to do and not enough hours in the day, does that sound familiar?

Here are 3 simple steps you can take to figure out what you could be outsourcing to you a Virtual Assistant:
✅ Step 1: Track Your Tasks for a Week
Write down everything you do, from admin to emails, scheduling, content creation, invoicing, and more. Don’t overthink it, just track it! This helps reveal where your time is really going.
✅ Step 2: Highlight What Drains You or Slows You Down
Look at that list and mark the tasks that:
Feel repetitive or frustrating
Take up too much time
Pull you away from revenue-generating or creative work
These are prime tasks to outsource.
✅ Step 3: Decide What Only You Can Do
Now ask: What needs your voice, energy, or expertise? Everything else can likely be handed over.
