Today we braved some serious flood waters to reach a customer in Langport who was experiencing an air suspension fault on their Mercedes-Benz.
After carrying out on-site diagnostics, we traced the issue to a broken chassis wire, which will need further attention and repair to fully resolve the fault. Getting a clear diagnosis in tricky conditions means the customer can now plan the next steps with confidence.

This evening we attended a vehicle in collum Lane that had moved over to let another vehicle pass and had sunk into the soft verge! Please be extra carefully when moving over to allowing other vehicles to pass verges are so soft and most vehicles will sink quite quickly! If you do get stuck do not panic and try and drive out very slowly with limited acceleration!
As soon as you start spinning and churning up the wet mud it is very difficult to get yourself out!

🚗 Recent Call-Out – Nissan PS13 🇯🇵
Last week we were called out to a Nissan PS13 that had suffered a failed wiper motor. With the weather turning and the vehicle not safe to continue as-is, we carried out a temporary repair on site to get the driver home safely.
The correct replacement motor isn’t available off the shelf and is now being imported directly from Japan, so this interim fix ensures the car stays usable until the proper part arrives.
We’re always happy to help keep rare and imported vehicles moving where possible — even if it’s just a temporary solution to get you home safely.

On Saturday we visited Snack in the mouth in Weston-super-Mare for an Electrical fault!

Being a food van we knew keeping the van open was top priority so we worked round the owners to get things all fixed up while they were busy cooking for many happy customers although we did not get time to stop for food it smelt amazing! We will definitely be back!
