I see this happening to so many brilliant business owners. It isn't a lack of demand. It's a lack of hours. The diary overflowing, the to-do list multiplying, and every "sorry, I just can't" is quietly walking potential income out the door.

Your income is capped by your time, and the fuller the diary gets, the more your service starts to slip.
