This is an awesome course. I may be a little biased because I'm the APDO Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers Professional Development Director, but I attended this course in September 2025. It's a game changer in terms of working with clients, giving you the skills to really effectively listen and understand what your clients are telling you.

You'll often find me at Deddington Craft fayre on the 4th Saturday of the month selling books for church funds. I couldn't do this without my partner in crime Julia. This month we had bumper sales largely due to a pretty big donation of books from a client.
Clients love to know where their donations can go and have confidence that they are going to be loved by someone else.

It's not often I'm seduced by freebies at events but I just love this mini IKEA bag and mobile phone holder. Every night my phone slides off the arm of my chair and irritates Mark no end. Problem now solved!
(Might need to find another way to irritate the hubby - send suggestions!)

I love a good paperwork sort and organise project. I'm back with an existing client sorting through a lot of paperwork.
They were great today and we discarded so much unneeded brochures, receipts and documents related to things they don't own any more.
