We’re excited to welcome Taomi Nevin to Contact Web as our new Training Coordinator!

Taomi joins us with a strong background in digital learning, course development, customer service training and learner support, having worked across BSI, Virtual Worlds and Starbucks.

She’ll be working closely with Joe, our Head of Training, to support onboarding, build engaging training content, and help our teams continue to learn, develop and deliver brilliant service across our campaigns.

This week, we’re relaunching the values that define Contact Web, both internally and externally, and recognising the people across the business who represent them every day.

At Contact Web, we believe the way people are treated internally shapes the experience delivered externally and that applies to our employees, our clients and their customers.

Most sales incentives are built wrong..

They tend to over-reward the top performers and, without meaning to, switch off everyone else.

That’s why we’re loving what Sabil is doing with his Contact Web team supporting Coca-Cola Europacific Partners at the moment. It’s a simple raffle mechanic, tickets are earned for every sale, conversion, case sold, and even key call activity 👏

On the surface it’s straightforward, but what makes it effective is that everyone has a shot. It’s not just about hitting the top of the leaderboard, it’s about staying in the game throughout the day. That shift changes behaviour, you see more calls being made, more conversations happening, and a more consistent level of energy across the floor rather than short bursts from a handful of people.

In a lot of environments, consistency beats spikes. This kind of approach leans into that, rewarding the right behaviours while keeping the whole team engaged!

We’ve seen similar ideas create a noticeable lift in both energy and output, simply because people stay switched on for longer. Simple, inclusive, and effective! 😊

We'd like to wish a huge welcome to Leigh Berry who is joining Contact Web Ltd as Customer Success Manager, taking the lead on our Manx Collections Limited campaign.

Leigh has spent the last 15+ years in customer service and operations, managing teams, coaching, handling complaints, and keeping things moving in some of the biggest names in the industry. But what stood out to us most wasn’t just the experience, it’s the way he leads people with energy, fairness and a focus on doing things properly.

Big news at Contact Web, we’ve got another new starter!

Meet Walter Malone 🍉

He’s joined us on a financial services campaign and is already proving to be one in a melon 😉 We have to be honest, he's not too great at picking up the phones just yet, but he’s got plenty of juice and we know he's going to be sweet!

We may send him home for the afternoon though, as he's looking a bit green..

Today we hosted an assessment and interview day with Red Recruitment to meet the next generation of talent for our growing insurance sector services.
From group exercises to individual interviews, the room was full of ambition, collaboration and fresh ideas.
