What's the best example of hospitality you've experienced at an event?

To be honest (marketing girl here again), I love walking into event spaces that feel under control even when they're busy and bustling. Knowing that every circumstance can be tended to gives me the freedom to enjoy an event with a lot more ease.

After having a chance to catch me breath… haha

What stayed with me from the training grounds wasn't just the celebs - it was the people working behind the scenes. Teams moving between departments making sure everyone had what they needed. Staff welcoming people with genuine warmth (you guys would have loved the robot 🤖dog🐕).
Crew solving problems before anyone else even knew they existed.

When I caught up with our team, they'd been working around the clock preparing the site.
They were exhausted BUT the celebrities trained, the cameras got the footage, the brands showcased and the guests got to enjoy the entire experience.

And behind all of it were hundreds of people quietly making it happen.

Marketing girl is back! After regaining composure from my celebrity sightings and interactions I am ready to report on how event season has kicked off for our team at CMPM.

The event wouldn’t have done so well without the prep that went into it. This fun real is about more than boxes and tools - the team packed for every eventuality because once you're on site, being prepared is EVERYTHING.

I am sharing this because preparation rarely gets photographed, but it's often the reason everything else works. So here's your flowers, and 💐

Hey Everyone! Anne from Marketing here. Every day I learn something new about events management working . To be honest, as someone that attends events (and is always grateful when I make it out before the crowd), I never realised how much happens behind the scenes to make sure we are all able to enjoy our nights and get home safely, until followed the crew on a site safety walk (a very very long walk). I have summarised Egress for you here but I wanted to jump on and share my experience because it doesn’t begin to cover the hard work, time, meetings and contingencies planning that goes into it all. So, big up to CMPM and the teams that make sure we’re all covered so we can have amazing live event experiences.
