Captain's Log: Signing Off
After many years at the heart of Heresafe, Phil Atkinson is stepping away from the business as he moves into a well-earned semi-retirement. Before he does, we simply wanted to say thank you.
From the very beginning, Phil helped build Heresafe around the values that still define us today: strong relationships, hard work and a genuine belief that helping organisations keep their people and sites safe should be simpler than the industry so often makes it. So much of who we are as a business today is thanks to his vision, care and dedication.
Phil leaves behind a company he can be incredibly proud of: a talented team, loyal customers and a culture that puts people first. That's a legacy that will continue long after his day-to-day role comes to an end.
Of course, knowing Phil, semi-retirement won't mean slowing down completely. He'll be focusing on his own venture, Targeted Agency, spending more time with his family, supporting his local community and church and, naturally, looking after his beloved chickens.
Phil, thank you for your leadership, your friendship, your unwavering support and everything you've done to make Heresafe what it is today. You've made a lasting impact on this business and on everyone who's had the pleasure of working with you.
We wish you every happiness in this next chapter.
