If you think you may be eligible for this please don’t leave it to the last minute. Getting your business set up on digital software takes time.

It’s best to get it set up correctly from the beginning and use it to your advantage throughout the year. Software such as Xero and Quickbooks can be really helpful in all aspects of your business, not just keeping track of your accounts.

Let’s talk about A.I. Whether you’ve used it or not, I think most people are aware of what it is and what it can do by now.

A.I can be a helpful tool to save time in this busy world. The pressure to make interesting content that reads well is growing and recently I have been using it more and more for helping posts become polished and readable. The ideas are all still my own but A.I just speeds up the process of moving it from my head onto the screen. 🖥️

All great, but what if it’s not? Is A.I just the cosmetic surgery of writing? Of course, surgery is great for anyone wanting to feel better about themselves. Used in the right way it’s a useful service to enhance people’s natural beauty. But use it too much and we all just starting looking alike.

Is the same happening with A.I? Sure, it offers us the ability to sound professional and informed but are we all just starting to sound the same? I don’t know about you but I find it pretty obvious now when something has been written by A.I.

How do we stay ahead in a world where A.I is taking over so many functions and so many jobs? I won’t pretend to know the answer to this, perhaps ChatGPT could tell you! But my thoughts are; let’s only use A.I when we really need it, when we want to find something out or when we want support with planning something big. If we can write something ourselves then let’s keep using our brains, otherwise, what is going to happen to them? In a world where we are already on the back foot to A.I the only way to stay ahead is to keep using the parts of us it threatens to replace. The human part.

So, at risk of costing myself more time and brain power, going forward I will do by best to ensure everything I write here is written by me, for you. Yes, some things may have been researched using A.I but the post will be my own. The human touch, just like we try to offer our clients every day in our little business.
