Seeing loved ones struggle with changing technology made us realise how easy it is for people to feel disconnected in a world that moves so fast.

Our goal is simply to help make everyday life feel a little easier through support, guidance, patience and care.

Myself and Calum are looking forward to the future of Silver Ivy Solutions and hope to improve tech in peoples everyday lives!

Welcome to our new business!

Silver Ivy Solutions was created after Calum MacDonald and Alesha Richards had bonded over something many people can relate to: watching our grandparents struggle with how quickly technology changes. From new phones and devices to online services becoming the “normal,” we saw how overwhelming everyday tasks could become.

We kept thinking — technology is supposed to make life easier, not more isolating.

That’s why we created Silver Ivy Solutions.

We had noticed how our grandparents struggled with rapidly advancing tech, especially when switching to newer tech processes or devices. We want to make anyone, regardless of generation or age, feel empowered and connected when completing their everyday lives, staying connected to loved ones and maintaining a happy lifestyle.

What started as conversations between us became a business focused on helping people feel supported, confident, and connected.
