Rose has passed her qualification in Dementia care. Helping Companions offer a 'sitting' service for people with dementia so their partner can go off for a well deserved rest. We don't just sit though, we do activities the person wants like dominoes, chatting, walking etc.

How Helping Companions can help you;
Help with shopping, household tasks, cooking, companionship, getting out and about, getting on the Internet and ordering shopping deliveries, feeding animals, DIY tasks etc. Pretty much anything except personal care.

Did you know Helping Companions offer a 'sitting service' for people with dementia. We don't just sit though, we talk and do activities with the person that they choose.
We have had lovely feedback for Karl from a gentleman with dementias wife.

I really think the arrangement is working and ###X seems to get on well with Karl and it gives me a chance to go and do something on my own.
