MAY 2020 (pre Body Code) vs MAY 2025 (post Body Code)

Swipe to see ME exactly 5 YEARS AGO - 1 month into our first lockdown of COVID19.

I was bordering on depression; I was suffering with chronic pain, high anxiety, barely sleeping, eating crap and hadn’t showered for 3 days at this point. I was isolating alone - which for someone with huge abandonment issues was my worst nightmare. I didn’t even have a cat then so the trees became the only living thing I could hold. I had very little self worth, I was a massive people pleaser, I was completely boundary-less and I never, ever felt safe in my body. At this point I’d spent many years and a fortune on pain killers, investigative appointments, alternative therapies but absolutely nothing helped long term.

Then a friend introduced me to the Emotion and Body Code and referred me to her practitioner .... In Canada! The rest, as they say is history.

You only have to look at photos of me now to see the huge transformation.

Now…

✨My pain levels are very
manageable and often times, non
existent. A miracle!
✨My anxiety levels are very low
these days.
✨I’ve lost nearly 14kg’s and reversed
a diabetes diagnosis.
✨I sleep really well (when my cat
isn’t waking me at stupid o clock!!)
✨My fears of abandonment are very
manageable
✨I finally have a good sense of self
worth and self value!
✨I’m way better at boundary setting
✨I’m way better at not people
pleasing
✨I now see triggers as gifts for
growth
✨I have SO much more energy!
✨I’ve changed career and now work
as a Body Code Practitioner full
time and LOVE it!
✨I’m SO excited about life and
cannot wait to see what happens
next!
