Alnwick Rum & Spirit Companys Legendary Dark Alnwick Rum has been produced since 1914 at 43% and is a blend of 8 carefully selected blend of Caribbean rums aged up to 5 years old in American oak barrels. Its clean smooth texture from its double Column Still creates bold, spicy dark rum, perfect for making cocktails and mixed drinks.

On the nose, you can instantly recognize the caramelized Demerara sugar with a strong hint of liquorice and on the pallet a wooden vanilla flavour, dried fruits with a caramel after-note and hints of Demerara sugar.

The legendary dark Alnwick rum has a long-lasting smooth aftertaste, which is typically enjoyed on the rocks or as long drink with your favourite mixers, like ginger ale or cola.

We have just finished bottling our Award Winning Lindisfarne Mulled W**e and the smell in St Aidans W**ery is sensational.
Our Mulled has an ABV of 13.5% and was placed top of the 10 best buy mulled w**es and c***rs by The Independent in 2016. It is a traditional mulled w**e fortified with brandy and infused with Nutmeg,Cinnamon,Spice and a twist of orange.
Here is what the Independent Newspaper tasting panel had to say

"Northumberland’s Holy Island is a booze hotbed thanks to the merrymaking monks who settled there centuries ago, and there are few better ways to insulate against an island’s winter chill than with this mulled medicine. Start Bonfire Night 2025 with a BANG with the Bonfire Banger 💥 🍹

Ingredients:
500ml C***r (https://bit.ly/3SHAXAf)
200ml cloudy apple juice
50ml Amaretto Almond liqueur (https://bit.ly/3Fl1XSU)
25ml Spiced Rum (https://bit.ly/3DzvcQO)
36g demerara sugar
0.7g ground nutmeg
0.7g ground cinnamon
1 sliced apple / mini sparklers to decorate (optional)

Method:
1. Pour c***r and apple juice into a saucepan and heat gently - don’t boil it!
2. Mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar on a plate
3. Dip the rims of 4 glasses in the c***r to moisten, then press onto the plate mix to coat
4. Pour the almond liqueur and spiced rum into the c***r and stir
Serve - adding the decoration if you wish ✨
