We can provide a feasibility study or budget cost plan to determine whether a project is viable or not.

We will conduct a preliminary analysis from the basic outline drawings or initial sketch plans and provide a comprehensive report to:

Establish whether the project is viable
Help identify feasible options such as materials and methods of construction
Produce an initial budget cost

We will provide an estimate of what the actual costs are likely to be in the form of a scheduled costed breakdown, with an item rate analysis of each unit.

The budget cost plan can be enhanced and evolve through the life cycle of the project as more information becomes available.
