Times may be a bit crazy, many of my projects & window installs have been put on hold, but brands still need creative. eComm & marketing collateral has never been more important. To help support any smaller brands in this difficult time & wanting to make sure businesses/designers can still be seen I’m offering my creative skills at reduced rates. Another wonderful Christmas window installed, this time by their in house team but I worked with them and Shimmerwalls to create these gorgeous bespoke sized sequin curtains to act as a backdrop to their stunning collection of party dresses & festive outfits. Another lovely collaboration with the Claudia Sebire team! Love a bit of Christmas sparkle!! ✨✨

And the second window was for the fab Fleet Street Clinic near Temple. This scheme was based on their list of Winter Essentials for customers to be aware of & purchase. So I created a 1m wide brown paper Christmas Wist List showcasing their offerings like Glasses & Vaccinations. All the text drawn by hand due to the scale. Then we had a postbox with letters spilling out again highlighting the services, snowflakes hanging & on the glass, a Christmas tree adorned with berries, snow floor, snowballs, cones & birds. All together this completed the woodland style theme.

Plenty pleased with the outcome & due to such a long day, again with the help of Decorque Cards our photos are at night time, and with the twinkly lights from the tree & the interior dressing of garlands which we also helped with, we think it all looks very festive & has put me right in the Christmas spirit! Can’t wait to decorate at home now too! 🎄

After a 17 hour day on Tuesday, and with thanks to the fabulous Decorque Cards for their install assistance, we managed to install two Christmas windows across different sides of London.
•
First window was a sparkly Christmas bauble window for Amishi London showcasing their brand colours & working with their fantastic range of handbags & accessories. To create the scheme I made bespoke gold sprayed grids and we pre-hung hundreds of different length strands of nylon from which to hang a selection of gold, rose gold, blush pink, glitter & white iridescent different sized baubles from at varying heights. Then amongst this we included some glitter & rose gold star lengths & a white decal saying “All the Christmas Sparkle” with stars completed the scheme!

Super pleased with the outcome, and despite spending 3.5 hours on a 3m high ladder we think it really sets off the Christmas theme for the brand. Who doesn’t love a bauble hey?!! 🌟✨⭐️

Really interesting article I’ve just read on the retail experience for 2019 and what brands need to address. I’m a huge fan of physical stores, proper bricks and mortar businesses that sit alongside their online counterpart.

So come on brands, be smarter & keep the high street alive.

Little wander around Bicester Village today looking at the windows & displays on show. Some nice ideas by varying brands, along with some lovely floral displays & bubble pods showcasing collections by different stores! Nice to see a mix of props & print as so much nowadays is digital!
