A fabulous and long day going to Cornwall again yesterday. Another great clinic at Rosevidney in the morning then other combinations working back towards home.

8 very different combinations seen, some new and some returning partnerships and who are now friends for double bridle fitting! Lots of huge positive changes from small ponies to big horses, PREs, cobs, m&ms and sport horses.

Thank you to my husband Scott for deciding to come with me on his day off, it made a big difference helping with all the disinfecting and cleaning as it takes extra time on top of the consultations and I don’t like to rush and for each horse and rider to have a positive and stress free experience!!

A wonderful and very hot day at the lovely Goonlaze livery yard in St Agnes. Lovely people and some fabulous combinations with huge improvements throughout. I really love what I do and getting the combination of horse and rider happy and comfortable. Some of the changes today were huge! Thank you all for being so lovely I can’t wait to hear your results!!

I have to add a photo of my gorgeous Rocco with his first ever double bridle, his first attempt at elementary and smashed a AF qualifying score at his first outing in over a year and only his third ever BD. 🦄 he owas even down as Unicorn Del Penon rather than Unico! A unicorn he definitely is!!!

📣 💗Client appreciation post 💓 📣

A huge congratulations to Karen Jones and her stunning Andalusian gelding, Matt, on their fantastic 4th place in the Medium Inter county Challenge! ✨🏆

Karen has produced Matt herself from a young horse, and it has been so lovely to watch their partnership continue to develop and strengthen. Together they have created such a harmonious combination, with Matt now looking incredibly confident, expressive and settled within his work.

Matt is such a striking horse to watch, but what is even more rewarding is seeing how comfortable and confident he now looks in himself and in the contact. Following his double bridle fitting, he has really continued to grow in confidence and consistency, allowing Karen to showcase all of the quality they have worked so hard to achieve together.

It is always such a privilege to support combinations like this, where patience, correct training and true partnership shine through in the arena.

A massive well done to Karen and the beautiful Matt on a fantastic achievement — very well deserved! 👏🐴

Karen has said “I knew that my current double bridle was tight on Matt but was actually quite shocked at the difference having a properly fitted new bridle made to his overall way of going. Being able to make up the new bridle using different sizes for the individual pieces was so useful and ensured his new bridle fits perfectly and I feel much happier knowing he is more comfortable and it’s certainly showed in our recent results”

📣 💗 Client appreciation post! 💓 📣

A huge congratulations to Laima Davies and her wonderful homebred horse Rory on winning the Elementary Inter county Challenge! 🏆✨

This result feels especially meaningful knowing the journey these two have been on together. Laima has produced Rory herself from the very beginning, showing incredible dedication, patience and belief in him every step of the way through the ups and downs that can come with producing a horse.
To see them now performing with such harmony, confidence and quality is so rewarding, and their success is a true testament to the partnership they have built together over the years.

As if winning the Elementary Inter county Challenge wasn’t enough, the pair also completed their very first Medium test just days later — an incredible milestone and such an exciting glimpse of what the future holds for them both.

I’m absolutely delighted to have been part of their journey with a tailored bit and bridle fitting to help Rory feel as comfortable and confident as possible in his work.

A massive well done to Laima and Rory — so deserved, and so lovely to watch your hard work paying off! 👏🐴

I am also going out again to fit Rory with a new double bridle!

Laima has said “Rory won Elementary Individual at ICC . He is a 14years old homebred, 100% produced by me. He's a very high maintenance horse, friends call him "posh boy" He's very opinionated about everything, but always tries the best for me, we stepped up to Medium level recently. He loves his food and hates squarels. He goes lovely in his newly fitted bridle.”

Huge congratulations to Brittney McClary and Storm on becoming Overall Prelim Champions at the British Dressage Inter county Championships! 🏆✨

What an incredible achievement and such a fantastic partnership to watch develop. Storm looked happy, confident and relaxed throughout, and Brittany rode beautifully to produce such well-deserved results.
It’s always so rewarding to see horses performing comfortably and confidently in combinations tailored specifically to them, and I’m absolutely delighted to have been part of their journey.

I was having trouble finding a bit that Storm was happy and comfortable in and was making me worry every 2 seconds which took the fun out of it - within 5 mins of our appointment Ellie knew what the problem was and sorted it straight away! Storm is now so happy and comfortable which gives me peace of mind and his way of going has improved so much! We need a jumping bit & bridle soon and I’ll just be going straight to Ellie!”

Huge congratulations to Verity Perry and six-year-old Vogue on winning the Inter county Challenge at Novice Senior level! 🏆✨

🐴 Vogue is an incredibly sensitive boy, and it has been so lovely to watch him grow in confidence and relaxation within the contact. Since being fitted with a tailored bit and bridle combination, he has really started to take the hand forward more confidently and work with much greater comfort and consistency.
Seeing combinations like this flourish is exactly why I love what I do — helping horses feel comfortable and understood so they can perform at their very best.
