It's great when you get good feedback - but even better when they write me a note of how much they have enjoyed the day!

I love good feedback - this makes it all worth while

Your presentation set the tone perfectly and made everything easy to follow. I especially appreciated the MMFI reminder and your insights on being mindful of the impact of body language, posture, and the factors that influence our mood. I’m sure the rest of the team was as pleased with the key tips and exchanges as I was. I'm already thinking about how to build these points into our action plan moving forward.

A good feeling
