👋 Hi, I'm Sandra Lopes Praca and I'm the founder of The Property Journey Hub.

Firstly, I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has liked, followed and supported this page since it launched.

A few people have asked who's behind The Property Journey Hub, so I thought it was time to introduce myself.

I'm a CII-qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and for many years I've had the privilege of helping people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Throughout my career, one thing has always stood out to me.

People don't just need mortgage advice. They need somewhere they feel comfortable asking questions.

Whether it's buying a first home, moving house, remortgaging, or simply trying to understand how it all works, so many people tell me they feel overwhelmed by the process or worry about asking the "wrong" question.

The truth is, there are no silly questions when it comes to something as important as your home.

That's why I created The Property Journey Hub.

This isn't about selling products or promoting a business. It's about creating a welcoming community where people can ask questions, learn from trusted professionals and feel more confident about their property journey.

Over the coming months, I'll be organising community events across Dover and Folkestone, with presentations built around the questions that you want answered.
