As our busy winter period is starting to come to an end, thank you to all our staff for all the work you've done, it's not easy in the cold! But you've all smashed it.💪

Well as we start to leave the summer months, the work is far from dying down. With guards rocking our AJS hi-vis’s in Tamworth last week, to more festivals and events taking place this weekend, we are far from quiet!

We are so very proud to announce we are now SafeContractor certified. We have been working very hard behind the scenes on this, and we are happy that we have our first accreditation to reflect the hard work we put in to ensuring our clients only receive the very best.

Happy Father’s Day to all of those amazing men who work tirelessly for us, whether that’s our wonderful dads helping us in the office, on the ground working and making AJS the amazing company it is that is known for, or just all round giving us the support to keep going when things get tough ❤️

The security we have was amazing and professional and even engaged in conversation with us on our wedding day. We really wanted an intimate wedding and they really made it like that by managing and handling who came in and out the venue. Thank you so much for your services.

Well and truly into our festival and event season 🤩

Adrienne and some of our wonderful staff last week that went to provide support for Bruce Springsteen! It was a very long, very wet day, but you all powered through and showed everyone why AJS is the best ❤️

Festivals have started and the big ones are on their way. To all staff out working this season, whether it’s build and break, show week, or a few days for uplift, we are very proud of you all and thank you all for your hard work. We’ll see you on the ground! 🥳

Today is the last day of our first full football season 😮

What a year it’s been, it’s been an absolute honour supplying to some amazing clubs and companies throughout the season.

And to the staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure the fans are kept safe and the games progress without issues, a massive thank you 🤩

As festival season is fast approaching, AJS wants to wish our staff, competitors and the customers a very successful festival season. We hope you all stay safe.

Here’s some of our top tips for festival season:

☀️Apply plenty of sun cream and drink plenty of water, basic rules but it’s the most important one of all!

🩴 Flip flops for the shower, no one wants to be sharing each other foot issues.

👔 Take spares of clothes! You don’t know if the weather is going to be hot, cold, or drenched in rain and mud. It’s best to be over prepared.

🍔 Even if the festival is providing food, always take extra with you. The food provided may not be something you like and it’s always good to have snacks to take on shift with you.

☺️ Make friends, you’ll see the same faces all summer long and having people you get on with and can depend on helps more than you’ll realise!

🥳 Finally, enjoy it! You’re there to work but they’re good fun too, as long as you enjoy it in moderation! Just remember you’re there to keep people safe too.
