· Compiling and monitoring project costs
· Organising contractor targets and stage payment plans to ensure timely completion of work
· Managing changes to scope & specification and their impact on cost and timescale
· Compiling and monitoring project plans and key milestones to keep the works on track
On site during and post build management
· Making site visits to inspect works, monitor progress, and manage quality
· Leading problem solving in partnership with client and contractor to resolve issues as they arise
· Issuing and controlling change orders, and identifying ‘snags’
· Re-issuing drawing and specification changes to ensure clear communication
Eco-Renovation
· Advice and recommendations on internally or externally insulating your home, backed up with thermal imaging diagnostics and reporting
· Advice and recommendations on draught proofing, backed up by air tightness testing and diagnostics
· Advice on cutting your fuel bills and reducing your carbon footprint, backed up by full SAP modelling and a cost benefit analysis based decision making process
