2018 has been an exciting time starting with A-Storage, an excellent local company offering far more than simply storage. It is a unique concept that is difficult not to like. The team are dedicated and customer service is paramount. I enjoyed working with them for two months.

From March I have been with Abacus Homes Property Solutions, another local business focused on looking after landlords as well as tenants and buyers. Abacus Homes uses local professional tradespeople for all maintenance in their managed properties. It is an interesting job utilising and enhancing my customer service skills. Being self-employed my 'as-and-when-needed' position at Abacus Homes enables me offer my skills to other businesses as well.

I am now looking forward to 2019 and helping more local business who may need MW Admin Support - even if I am required for only for a few hours! I can work from my office at home or at yours

Martin is self-employed and offers services to small businesses which may need an extra person to spend an hour or more to deal with paperwork, invoices, arranging appointments, data entry, filing etc.

Hours can be flexible from Monday to Friday working either at the business premises or from home.

Rates are negotiable on a per hour basis

Martin is offering to share his knowledge and experience to help promote growth and keep in line with the current high demands required in running a small business and to maintain servicing existing clients as well as encouraging new ones.

Martin is a confident and highly organised person with a lively, friendly and professional nature. He has spent his career within hospitality management and has successfully run two businesses as MD and as a manager of others.

He is adaptable to change and relishes new challenges which may range from setting up procedures which will run smoothly in order to enhance the business or interviewing and training staff to ensure the right person is selected for the right position.

Martin maintains that customer service is the key to growing and promoting a business, together with a team which believes in the company and constantly demonstrates excellent professional ethics.

We are in the final stages of the organisation of the next PCCT event in Bournemouth.

On this occasion we will be raising funds for LEAF (http://www.leafcharity.com/).

This is an exceptional organisation that supports those that need its help in Hampshire and Dorset. This is a local charity that does fantastic work so a great opportunity to meet Natasha and some of her team along with helping them do such a worthy job.
Tickets will be going on sale soon and we already have significant interest in people attending the event, so much so that thirty five percent of tickets have advanced requests.

So, a little more information about the ball:
The evening will commence with a drinks reception from six thirty pm followed by a three course dinner at seven thirty. There will be an auction and two raffles and we already have some fantastic items that will be included along with a raffle for a magnum of champagne to start the evening's festivities.
There will be cabaret and superb DJ to compliment the evening.

Tickets will be priced at £50 per person.
This includes:
- A welcome drink at the reception
- Three course dinner and coffee
- Half a bottle of house wine with your meal
- An opportunity to take part in an auction and raffles
- Cabaret.
- DJ with music up until midnight

The evening will be formal (Evening / cocktail dress for the ladies and dinner suit for gentlemen).

Thanks to Christina and her team at The Orchid Hotel we can also offer a preferential rate for the night of the ball. Room availability is limited and can only be booked directly through the hotel (01202-551600) - please quote PCCT Ball when booking. The room rate for that evening will be £99.00 including breakfast the following morning.

We are also delighted that BBC Radio Solent is showing a significant interest in this event. Once broadcast schedules have been finalised we will share when you can listen to find out even more.

MW Admin Support has started off well with three local clients from the start. Its very interesting doing work for different businesses and learning how they work. I've had an exciting meeting with a PR company this afternoon and exploring how MW Admin Support can help them.
