At Rampisham we strive for the best quality in both our timber products and our farm produce. Our Belted Galloway cattle are grass fed making the tastiest steaks, mince, burgers, joints and other mouth watering cuts!

Rest assured! When purchasing our kiln dried logs from Rampisham Timber Services, you never have to worry about moisture content or ever receiving wet logs. We work with to ensure we create a safe and efficient product for your woodburners. Every log that comes out of the kiln is under 20% moisture.💧🪵🔥🙌🏼

Happy Monday All!

As promised, here is a short video showing you how we process our logs!🪓

This video will be the first of our mini series showing you how we make our quality logs from start to finish🙌

Here you can see the tractor and crane being used to load the deck, where the logs then travel down the conveyor belt into our HAKKI PILKE 50 PRO. The logs are then cut to a specific length with the chainsaw and dropped into a chamber, where the ram then pushes the log into the splitter to form our product. 🪚🪵

Our next video will feature the cleaning process of the logs and how we transport and store them, either for seasoning or awaiting to be kiln dried🔥

One thing we can boast about - we readily have a constant supply of our ‘Grandad Logs’ (Partially Seasoned - Season at home logs) and Kiln Dried Logs ready to be delivered to your door ALL YEAR ROUND!🚛

We received a further 125tonne of ash over the weekend to bump up our stock levels and keep up with demand for our customers.🪵
