After 25 years in Formula One Motor Racing with 9 World Championship titles under my belt, the time has come for my next big adventure!
Iām very excited to announce the launch of my new company The Comms Exchange, providing freelance and strategic consultancy support with Internal Communications and Employee Experience.
With The Comms Exchange, I will be drawing upon years of experience gained at the pinnacle of motorsport, along with my academic background in organisational psychology, to help organisations build happy, high-performing teams through outstanding internal communication and world-class employee experience (EX).
Iām passionate about creating workplaces where people feel welcomed, accepted and can truly flourish. The Comms Exchange is dedicated to partnering with clients to design and implement Internal Communications and Employee Experience strategies that maximise employee engagement, foster teamwork, and enhance organisational performance.
