Well, that wraps up another Business Startup Course with Cute Dog!
This week, our participants took on their final task with the end of course Dragons’ Den presentations. Competing for the £500 ‘Best Small Business’ prize, everyone was given 15 minutes to pitch their ideas to the Dragons and show off their newly acquired business skills.
Of course we had to end the course on a high note, following the presentations with an afternoon of celebrations, food and inspiring company!
We would like to say a massive congratulations to all of our participants; regardless of whether or not you presented at the Dragon’s Den, we are so proud of you for having the courage to trust in yourself and invest in your incredible startup ideas. It has been wonderful to watch you progress along your journeys and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for these innovative businesses! We’re looking forward to seeing some of you on the cover of Forbes magazine in a few years time ;)
We’d like to give a huge thank you to Julie and Sophie for making this course happen, and for extending such invaluable advice about running a small business in the United Kingdom.
Another big thank you goes to our course facilitator, Lere, for the unwavering motivation he provided our participants every week - he certainly brought the OOMPH we all need!
